The main part of the tea cosy is knitted in an amazing daisy stitch that just looks like tufts of grass. The bottom row of the leaf like stitches have been utilised to become the stems and leave of pretty blue flowers. The daisy stitch pattern is quite easy, but can be a bit fiddly buy will prove to be a firm favourite stitch that you could use on other projects.
